NAACP 2014 Theatre Festival: Sakinah Lestage Debut

Congrats to Sakinah Lestage for her directorial debut in the NAACP Theatre Festival 2014. The NAACP represents an organization that holds high intergirty and focus in the beneficial development and voice of the African American community. Lestage used music, poetry, and dance to create her piece. These three aspects have been fundamental in developing the voice of blacks for centuries. Because of her recent project, Lestage continues to climb the ladder of success and not ony presents herself as a memorable, director and choreographer; but a dedicated AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE artist. Congrats Sakinah!
